Justin Crabbe - CEO and Head Trainer

Impact Fitness development began with the vision and determination of one man: our founder and director Justin Crabbe. Born in Canada, Justin studied fitness and nutrition at Seneca College and soon went on to work as a fitness instructor within the industry.

Justin is a Canadian Fitness Professionals certified Personal Trainer Specialist, American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer and earning the most prestigious International Sports Sciences Association Master of Fitness Sciences certification.

In 2006, Justin founded Impact Fitness Personal Training (now Impact Fitness Lifestyle Training Group), using the Six Essential Elements as the core of Impact Fitness' training philosophy strength, aerobics, flexibility, nutrition, meditation, and rest. Through his unique approach, Justin has made many positive changes in the lives of his clients. But he and the rest of the Impact Fitness staff recognized that optimal health requires more than just a toned physique.

Justin discovered the benefits of Life Coaching firsthand when he hired a business coach. A coach is a personal trainer for the mind, encouraging you to achieve your goals and become more successful. Unlike psychotherapy, Life Coaching focuses on an individual’s present and future. Justin's own experience taught him that fitness comes first and foremost from the mind. He then began incorporating these specific coaching elements into his training.

Continuing on his journey of personal growth, Justin realized the importance of integrating one’s self with their environment. He has added Environmental Wellness Design Studio (EWDS) as a new element of Impact Fitness. EWDS is dedicated to helping balance our true inner self with our environment. In a continuous process of personal development and spiritual growth, the studio offers everything from consulting, organizing, and re-designing your existing environment to designing and building home and office gyms, spas, saunas, meditation rooms, terraces, gardens, and larger scale projects.
