What size facility will Complete Body manage?

We can manage any site from 2000 square feet to 50,000 sq ft.

How much does it cost to have our facility managed?

Impact Fitness offers a full spectrum of management options from part-time boutique gyms to luxury wellness centers. We will work within you budget to provide as much service as possible.

How soon can Impact Fitness start working on or managing a facility?

We can begin the process of managing a site immediately. Understand that the more services involved, the more time needed to organize staff that best fits your needs.

How long are Impact Fitness' agreements with facilities?

Depending on services needed, agreements can be constructed starting at 2 years and going up from there.

What type of equipment do you recommend for your facilities?

Impact Fitness works with numerous companies and we will provide you with a minimum of 3 bids for your equipment procurement. Competitive biding gives you the most for your money.

Does Impact Fitness do its own maintenance service or use a vendor?

We prefer to use our maintenance division. Some of our buildings actually already have a vendor doing the maintenance and we work alongside of them.
